Background

OUE Limited was incorporated in 1964 and subsequently listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange Main Board section in 1969. The company is a leading real estate and healthcare group, growing strategically to capitalise on growth trends across Asia. The OUE group's real estate activities include the development, investment in and management of real estate assets across the commercial, hospitality, retail and residential segments, located in prime precincts in Singapore and Shanghai, China. OUE manages two SGX-listed real estate investment trusts ("REITs"), namely, OUE REIT, one of Singapore's largest diversified REITs, and First REIT, a panAsian healthcare REIT. OUE's SGX Catalist-listed subsidiary, OUE Healthcare Limited, owns, operates and invests in quality healthcare assets and operations in high-growth Asian markets. OUE Healthcare's portfolio of owned and operated businesses includes hospitals, medical centres, clinics and senior care facilities in Singapore, China, Japan and Indonesia.
