How to read these figures

Group and parent company or bank figures are labelled separately. Parentheses indicate negative amounts; a dash and NA retain the report’s notation.

Comparative figures follow Annual Report 2025, including retrospective adjustments. Adjusted and reported earnings may have different definitions; refer to each statement’s notes.

The PDF uses two printed pages per physical PDF page. Each row is bound to its correct left/right source column and physical PDF page.

Comprehensive income and attribution/EPS are presented once; previous overlapping duplicate tables are omitted. Group equity continuation pages are joined within the same year, with separate capital, reserves, owners, perpetual-security and non-controlling-interest components.

Five-year turnover amounts and percentage shares are separate tables. The source dash for 2025 development-property turnover share is qualified as less than 0.1%, not zero.

Five-year gearing ratio: net borrowings divided by total equity less intangible assets and goodwill. Per-share units are stated per row; summary EPS is rounded to one decimal cent.

The material completed investment-property valuation schedule is not the complete investment-property carrying-value rollforward. One Raffles Place values are based on an 81.54% interest. Imperial Aryaduta Hotel & Country Club was disposed on 4 December 2025; its 2025 source dash is retained.

GPI summarised financial statements describe the investee, not OUE consolidated revenue or assets. Group share of GPI results, carrying-value rollforward and net-assets reconciliation are separately labelled. No negative goodwill was recognised for FY2025 after the provisional purchase-price allocation was finalised.

The proposed final dividend was proposed after the reporting date and has not been provided for; it is separate from dividends paid. Subsidiary distributions to non-controlling interests are separate from dividends to OUE ordinary shareholders. Cash-flow cash excludes pledged deposits, while balance-sheet cash includes them. EPS denominator is in thousand ordinary shares; EPS is in cents per share.

Right-of-use assets are included within property, plant and equipment, and must not be added again to total assets. FY2025 Group gross depreciation is S$68.964m, including S$1.219m capitalised into construction/renovation in progress; depreciation recognised in profit or loss is S$67.745m. Opening carrying amounts at 1 January 2024 represent the 31 December 2023 closing balance.

Hotel-property open market values are valuation disclosures, not carrying amounts. FY2025 open market value S$1,784m versus net book value S$1,632.157m; S$151.843m valuation surplus is not recognised in the financial statements.

These tables show the available extracted figures. The original annual report contains the full statements, notes and definitions.
