The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 29 December 2006 as a private limited company and was formerly known as Vietnam Investment Consultant Pte Ltd. On 5 September 2007, the Company changed its name to Wee Hur Holdings Pte Ltd. It was converted into a public limited company on 17 January 2008 and adopted its present name. The Group provides building construction services in Singapore and act as the management or main contractor in construction projects for both private and public sectors. Its clients from the private sector include property owners and developers, and those from the public sector comprise government bodies and statutory boards. The Group provides building construction services for projects which comprise: - Residential projects such as condominiums, apartment buildings, landed housing and public housing; - Commercial projects such as office buildings, hotels and shopping centres; - Institutional projects such as schools, tertiary institutions, community clubs, and hospitals; - Industrial projects such as factories and warehouses; - Religious buildings such as churches and temples; and - Heritage and conservation buildings.
