Advisory and transactional services include legal services, Shariah advisory, trust advisory, corporate services and consulting services. The Group's multidiciplinary services include legal services only to the extent permitted in the relevant jurisdiction. The Group engages in the licensing of the "ZICO", "ZICOlaw" and "ZICOlaw Trusted Business Advisor" trademark to certain entities of the Group as well as licensees in Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, which collectively from the ZICOlaw network of law firms ("ZICOlaw Network"). Management and support services relate to the provision of regional management services and business support services to members of the ZICOlaw NEtwork and certain entities within the Group.
