Weighted average number of ordinary shares for the basic and diluted loss per share computation*thousands of ordinary shares 225,487225,487 PDF p. 165
Definitions & sources

Basic loss per share is calculated by dividing loss, net of tax, attributable to owners of the Company by the weighted average number of ordinary shares outstanding during the financial year. Diluted loss per share is calculated by dividing loss, net of tax, attributable to owners of the Company by the weighted average number of ordinary shares outstanding during the financial year plus the weighted average number of ordinary shares that would be issued on conversion of all dilutive potential ordinary shares into ordinary shares.

The weighted average number of ordinary shares for basic and diluted loss per share excludes treasury shares purchased on the SGX-ST under the Share Purchase Mandate (Note 32). The report says there were no dilutive potential ordinary shares in either year; diluted loss per share was the same as basic loss per share.

The financial statements describe these computation columns as Group and Company, and state that the loss is attributable to owners of the Company.

Dividend policy The Company currently does not have a formal or fixed policy on the payment of dividends. The Company is of the view that a fixed dividend policy can hinder the long-term growth strategy of the Group. The form, frequency and amount of dividends declared each year will take into consideration the Group’s performance in the relevant financial period, cash position, projected capital requirements, working capital requirements and others factors as the Board may deem appropriate. How to read these figures

Group and parent company or bank figures are labelled separately. Parentheses indicate negative amounts; a dash and NA retain the report’s notation.

Comparative figures follow ANNUAL REPORT 2025, including retrospective adjustments. Adjusted and reported earnings may have different definitions; refer to each statement’s notes.

The Group and Company balance sheets and changes in equity and Group income/comprehensive-income/cash-flow statements are printed. Separate Company income/comprehensive-income/cash-flow statements are not printed. Group equity has six left-page components and nine continuation-page components; original row alignment and component scopes are retained.

The originalFY2024 Company equity statement prints(111) for the employee-option-reserve transfer, whereas the FY2025 comparative prints111. Both whole source versions are retained without changing any source number.

These tables show the available extracted figures. The original annual report contains the full statements, notes and definitions.
