Basic earnings per share is calculated by dividing the net profit attributable to equity holders of the Company by the weighted average number of ordinary shares in issue of 401,516,968 (2024: 401,516,968) shares during the financial year. The weighted average number is adjusted for share repurchases and cancellations using a time-weighting factor. There were no dilutive potential ordinary shares outstanding during the year, so basic earnings per share equals diluted earnings per share.
