The ratio table defines Return on Assets as “PATNCI / Total Assets”; Return on Equity as “PATNCI / Average Shareholders' Equity”; Net Debt to Equity Ratio as “Net Debt / Shareholders' Equity”; Interest Cover as “EBITDA / Finance Cost”; Earnings Per Share as “Basic and Fully Diluted”; Gross Dividend Yield as “Based on Year End Share Price”; and Gross Dividend Payout as “Gross Dividend Paid / Profit After Tax Attributable to Shareholders.” (Physical page 24).

For basic EPS, the weighted average number of equity shares refers to shares in circulation during the reporting year; basic EPS is profit, net of tax attributable to owners of the parent divided by the weighted average ordinary shares outstanding during each reporting year. Diluted EPS is the same as basic EPS because no potential dilutive ordinary shares existed during the respective reporting years. (Physical page 139).

The financial statements disclose dividends paid for 2025 and 2024, Group and Company, in $’000.
