How to read these figures

Group and parent company or bank figures are labelled separately. Parentheses indicate negative amounts; a dash and NA retain the report’s notation.

Comparative figures follow Kingsmen Creatives Ltd Annual Report 2025, including retrospective adjustments. Adjusted and reported earnings may have different definitions; refer to each statement’s notes.

Amounts are in SGD thousands except EPS, which is in Singapore cents. Group and Company financial positions and equity statements are presented separately. Parentheses indicate negative amounts; original dashes are retained.

The financial-position cash includes pledged deposits; cash-flow closing cash excludes them. Loans/borrowings and lease liabilities are distinguished in the report notes. Non-controlling interests are negative at both year ends and are retained as reported.

Five-year highlights are reported in chronological order, FY2021 to FY2025. Cash follows the cash-flow definition and excludes pledged deposits; borrowings exclude lease liabilities. Shareholders funds excludes non-controlling interests.

The FY2025 final dividend of 3 Singapore cents per ordinary share (SGD 6.056 million) is proposed and subject to approval, not recognised as a year-end liability. Dividends paid during FY2025 relate to the FY2024 final dividend of 2 cents.

The treasury-share snapshot at year end differs from the later 16 March 2026 shareholding snapshot; the two dates must be kept separate.

These tables show the available extracted figures. The original annual report contains the full statements, notes and definitions.
