Kingboard Copper Foil Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, manufactures and sells copper foil in Hong Kong, Macau, and the People’s Republic of China. The company offers STD uncoated copper foil suitable for internal and external parts of copper foil in multi-layer wiring boards; HTE and LP uncoated copper foil for the internal part of copper foil for multi-layer wiring boards; coated copper foil suitable for FR-1 paper laminate boards and high voltage resistance boards; and battery copper foil for the negative electrode of lithium cells.
