The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 3 December 2003. The Company is the holding company of its subsidiaries, ie Tianjin Ganghua Petroleum Project Technology Services Co Ltd and Tianjin Dagang Shengkang Petroleum Technology Development Co Ltd. The Group provides comprehensive petro-engineering technical services for its customers in China oil and gas industry. Its services include oil well drilling, extraction engineering technology services, setting up of drilling equipment, tertiary oil recovery, and relative operations. It is remunerated for its services on the basis of the amount of oil extracted by its customers from the oil wells for which Sky China is providing such services. The Group provides its one-stop services to customers by means of its patents, know-how, and comprehensive technologies as well as petroleum engineering equipment and petroleum engineering operations. these customers are primarily subsidiary companies of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC).
