Falcon Energy Group Limited (FEG) was initially listed under the name of Sembawang Music Holdings Ltd (SMH) on 2 December 2004. SMH was subsequently renamed Falcon Energy Group Limited on 13 November 2006. In April 2007, FEG announced the divestment of its musicrelated business to focus on marine and oil & gas industries. Since then, the Group has established an oilfield service company in Mexico and purchased a support vessel.
