EMAS Offshore Limited, an investment holding company, provides offshore oil and gas services primarily in the Asia Pacific region. It operates through two segments, Offshore Support and Accommodation Services, and Offshore Production Services. The Offshore Support and Accommodation Services segment offers offshore support and accommodation vessels for charter to service customers in the offshore oil and gas industry with a focus on the development and production phases of the oilfield lifecycle. It also provides construction support services; and ship management services for third party vessels. This segment operates 6 anchor handling tugboats; 24 anchor handling, towing, and supply vessels; 10 platform supply vessels; 5 offshore accommodation vessels; 2 barges; and 1 heavy lift and pipelay construction vessel. The Offshore Production Services segment in involved in the provision and operation of floating, production, storage, and offloading vessel (FPSO) systems that are used for the extraction, storage, and offloading of crude oil and gas from offshore hydrocarbon reservoirs, as well as related services. It also offers engineering and project management services for the conversion of FPSOs and production facilities to third party clients, as well as undertakes engineering, procurement, and construction projects. This segment operates two FPSOs. In addition, the company provides ship and boat leasing services; and owns and charters ships. It also has operations in Latin America, Africa, and Australia. EMAS Offshore Limited is headquartered in Singapore.
