How to read these figures

Group and parent company or bank figures are labelled separately. Parentheses indicate negative amounts; a dash and NA retain the report’s notation.

Comparative figures follow Sing Investments & Finance Limited Annual Report 2025, including retrospective adjustments. Adjusted and reported earnings may have different definitions; refer to each statement’s notes.

Five-year comparisons follow the FY2025 annual report and cover FY2021–FY2025. Total Income is income before operating expenses, not gross interest revenue.

Dividend, earnings and net tangible assets per share for years before 2023 were retrospectively adjusted for 78,812,858 bonus shares issued on 19 May 2023. Printed adjusted values are retained.

Summary dividend for FY2025 is 17,733 thousand at 7.50 Singapore cents; the primary cashflow/equity dividend paid during FY2025 is 15,369 thousand for FY2024 at 6.5 cents. They represent different dividend periods; confirm the proposed dividend in Note 24.

Reported ROA/ROE numerically reconcile using profit after tax and closing assets/equity. This comparison is not a claim that the report explicitly defines those ratio formulas.

Note 24 distinguishes cash payments: 6.5 cents on 8 May 2025 for FY2024 and 6.0 cents on 10 May 2024 for FY2023. Proposed FY2025 dividend is 7.5 cents, subject to AGM approval and not recognised as a liability.

Note 23 shows 236,439 thousand ordinary shares; the 3 March 2026 shareholding statistics provide 236,438,622 exact shares. Original reporting precision and dates are retained.

Note 9 records Company investment at cost 25 thousand in the sole nominee-service subsidiary; the investment is eliminated from the Group statement.

Group and Company equity changes are both disclosed. Separate Company primary profit/OCI and cashflow statements are not disclosed. Cash and deposits are distinct from statutory MAS deposits and Singapore Government Securities.
