Group's Continuing Operations has two operating segments: geographical and product; management generally considers geographical as primary.

Revenue is analysed by product line within each geographical segment (Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe).

The 'Operating Income – Group level' and 'Share in net loss of joint ventures' labels wrap across lines in the source; quotes use the line fragment carrying the values.

Segment assets, liabilities and separate geographic non-current assets are not printed in this table.

(1) DMFI’s ABL loan and the term loans, which are part of the long-term secured loans, are part of the liabilities directly associated with the assets held for disposal (see Note 21).

(2) A total of US$442.3 million of non-current loans, net of deferred financing costs, were classified to current liability as of 30 April 2025 due to breaches in the financial covenants. The Group was able to obtain the waivers from banks for the covenants requirements in August 2025, which are effective for both FY2025 and FY2026

How to read these figures

Group and parent company or bank figures are labelled separately. Parentheses indicate negative amounts; a dash and NA retain the report’s notation.

Comparative figures follow ANNUAL REPORT, including retrospective adjustments. Adjusted and reported earnings may have different definitions; refer to each statement’s notes.

The original Group and Company statements are retained with every printed scope and comparison year. FY2025 re-presented continuing/discontinued operations remain distinct from earlier original report versions. Original source blanks and arithmetic discrepancies are retained rather than filled or recalculated.
