FY2025 original Note 21 prints US-dollar headers; its numbers equal the SGD primary statement cash/deposit balances. The inconsistent original header is preserved without conversion or an invented correction. FY2024 Note 21 removes deposits over three months from cash equivalents, including comparative FY2023; the older FY2023 original includes all deposits.

Current Note 21, physical page 144, explicitly prints US-dollar-thousand headers, although its numbers equal the Singapore-dollar cash/deposit figures in the primary statements and the reporting basis is Singapore Dollars. The selected table preserves US dollars thousands (as printed). Note 22 on physical page 145 has the same header inconsistency. No conversion, exchange rate or silently corrected unit is invented; the inspected official supplements do not supply a correction.

Four official annual originals 658 pages provide FY2021–FY2025 primary comparisons, all ending on 31 December. Financial statements are Singapore dollars thousands; basic and diluted earnings/loss per share are Singapore cents.

The Group supplies a combined statement of comprehensive income, a consolidated cash-flow statement, and separate Group/Company financial positions and equity statements. Separate Company income, comprehensive-income and cash-flow statements are not printed.

The FY2022–FY2024 source combined comprehensive-income statement captions the total as attributable to owners, although the printed figure is Group total including NCI and is followed by the separate owners/NCI allocation. The exact original caption and amounts are preserved; do not interpret the Group total as owners-only income. Full source, selected-note, Profile, visual and arithmetic audit remains pending.

How to read these figures

Group and parent company or bank figures are labelled separately. Parentheses indicate negative amounts; a dash and NA retain the report’s notation.

Comparative figures follow ANNUAL REPORT 2025, including retrospective adjustments. Adjusted and reported earnings may have different definitions; refer to each statement’s notes.

Four official annual reports, 658 pages, provide FY2021–FY2025 primary comparisons, each ending 31 December. Ten separately archived official supplements total 179 pages: current AGM minutes, five annual share-buyback appendices, the FY2024 employee performance-share-plan appendix, and three historical shareholder-query responses. These supplements are not replacement complete annual reports.

Primary financial statements are Singapore dollars thousands; basic/diluted EPS and five-year cash, NAV, dividend and share-price series are Singapore cents. Exact issued and weighted shares are whole shares, while the five-year stock count is rounded shares thousands. Market capitalisation is Singapore dollars millions and returns are percentages. Separate Company income, comprehensive-income and cash-flow statements are not printed.

Ernst & Young LLP issued an unmodified current opinion on 17 March 2026, engagement partner Shekaran Krishnan. FY2025 Group loss 25,062 thousand comprises owners loss 25,414 and NCI profit 352. Group comprehensive loss 28,414 comprises owners loss 27,433 and NCI loss 981. Subsidiary and associate results are separately scoped.

The older FY2022–FY2024 combined-income statement prints a total-comprehensive-income caption ending attributable to owners of the Company, but that total includes NCI and is followed by separate owners/NCI allocations. Preserve the exact original caption while using the separately allocated owners amount for owners-only comparisons.

Current balance-sheet cash and deposits 95,228 less deposits over three months 5,582 gives cash equivalents 89,646; FY2024 111,997 less 32,582 gives 79,415. Current Company equivalents are 62,651 less 5,582 = 57,069, compared with 90,023 less 32,582 = 57,441. Note 21 currency-header inconsistency is separately qualified; these are numeric bridges, not currency conversions.

The FY2024 annual report changes FY2023 comparative cash classification: the older FY2023 annual shows closing 87,521 and opening 71,467, while the later comparative shows closing 36,750 and opening 47,700. The later Note 21 excludes closing deposits over three months of 50,771; the opening cash difference is 23,767. Net placement 27,004 explains the investing-cash change from outflow 8,385 to 35,389 and cash movement from inflow 16,951 to outflow 10,053. This classification change is preserved; the older FY2022 reported closing cash is not silently rewritten, and the report is not relabelled as a formal restatement.

Five-year cash per share uses total balance-sheet cash and short-term deposits, rather than cash equivalents after the deposit exclusion. NAV uses equity attributable to owners, excluding NCI. Dividend cover uses unrounded owner EPS; FY2025 printed cover (8.4) differs from dividing the separately rounded displayed EPS (12.5) by 1.5.

The five-year ROE denominator/formula is not stated in the inspected highlights and capital-management note. Source percentages 1, 5, 2, 7 and -11 are retained. A single formula using Group net result divided by closing owners funds does not reproduce FY2024 and FY2025; no alternative denominator is asserted as the issuer definition. ROA source percentages and other rounded metrics remain distinct.

FY2025 paid dividends 4,058 thousand relate to FY2024 at 2.0 cents; proposed FY2025 dividends are 3,043 thousand at 1.5 cents, unrecognised as a liability at 31 December. Official 28 April 2026 AGM minutes subsequently approve the 1.5-cent dividend; approval is not proof of payment and does not change the reporting-date status.

Historical source dividend amounts contain one-thousand differences: the FY2024 annual proposed 4,057 whereas the later FY2025 report records FY2024 paid/comparative proposed 4,058; FY2022 proposed 2,028 whereas FY2023 reports paid/comparative proposed 2,029. Preserve each original amount and precision; no missing share movement or reconciliation is invented.

Current total loans and borrowings 12,942 thousand include bank borrowing 4,995 and lease liabilities 7,947. Financing repayments 2,553 comprise bank repayments 1,841 and lease principal 712; finance cost/interest paid 737 is separately classified in operating cash flow. Current liability additions 1,255 and FX movement 54 are not borrowing cash inflows. No numerical gearing ratio is printed in the capital-management note.

CH Offshore remains reported at 54.98% Group effective interest in both years, with 45.02% NCI. NCI equity moves from 25,707 through total comprehensive loss 981 and rights-issue contribution 6,127 to 30,853. The rights-issue receipt is a financing cash inflow and does not establish a change in the reported Group ownership percentage.

CH Offshore summarised financial information includes goodwill/acquisition and consolidation adjustments before intercompany eliminations. Its 66,310 net assets and (1,013) result cannot be substituted for consolidated Group amounts or multiplied mechanically by the headline NCI percentage to replace the expressly reported NCI allocation.

The Group has twenty-five unique subsidiaries from twenty-six original source rows. Interseas Sdn. Bhd. appears through two effective routes, 15.94% via CHO Investment and 13.74% via Sea Offshore Assets, totalling 29.68%. High Majestic, Sea Offshore Assets and Green Ocean Assets are expressly controlled subsidiaries at 26.94%, not associates inferred from a below-50% threshold.

PT Bahtera Nusantara Indonesia is a 26.94% associate held through Venture Offshore. Its equity carrying amount and Group share of reported results are dashes despite net liabilities 2,380 thousand and current loss 2,025; excess unrecognised losses are 641 (prior 110). The separate associate loan is gross 4,344 less impairment 1,575 = net 2,769, with repayments received 571. The loan is not an equity percentage or an additional associate.

Investment securities 20,649 thousand comprise quoted bonds 12,534 and unquoted equity securities 8,115, classified at FVOCI; current 968 plus noncurrent 19,681 reconciles to the total. The unquoted investment-fund companies are not named and no ownership percentage is printed; no invented named subsidiary or associate is added.

Current vessel impairment 1,959 and foreign-exchange loss 6,701 are separate expenses. Lower utilisation and the idle Blue Titanium liftboat affect revenue and fixed costs; current AGM minutes describe ongoing charter/sale searches and decline to disclose specific holding costs. Do not infer a completed sale or an undisclosed idle-cost amount.

Shareholding statistics at 18 March 2026 report capital 103,503,391.83 Singapore dollars and 202,877,948 ordinary shares, with zero treasury shares. Accounting share capital is 108,788 thousand; the inspected share-capital disclosures do not supply a numerical bridge. Later AGM minutes state 127,200 shares bought back for employee awards; this later statement does not replace the earlier dated zero treasury disclosure.

Five official annual buyback appendices provide the FY2021–FY2025 Group and Company historical audited before-buyback EPS/LPS, NAV, gearing and current ratios. Only the first original audited base column is selected; four hypothetical after-buyback scenarios are excluded from actual-year series. Higher original precision is retained: current Group loss per share 12.53cents, NAV 100.47, gearing 0.06 times and current ratio 6.38; Company loss per share 4.27 cents, NAV 112.86, gearing dash and current ratio 31.10. Source gearing uses total borrowings divided by total equity, including NCI for the Group, and differs from an owners-only or net-debt ratio. The annual capital-management note alone does not print these ratios.
