Five full financial years ended 31 July 2021–2025. Monetary figures are Singapore dollars thousands and EPS Singapore cents. Group income/comprehensive income, equity, cash flows and financing reconciliations and Group/Company financial position are retained. Separate Company income, equity and cash-flow primary statements are not disclosed.
FY2022 Note26 explicitly discloses the FY2021 income and cash-flow reclassification table, retained separately. FY2021 income was reclassified in the FY2022 comparative: hotel operating expenses (303) to (653), other operating expenses (1,482) to (1,132), a 350 transfer with unchanged loss. The original income statement is retained. FY2023 originally reports basic and diluted loss per share (0.53), with warrants anti-dilutive; FY2024 comparative instead prints diluted (0.38) using 309,478,423 shares. Both original disclosed EPS treatments are retained; no original value is silently corrected. FY2024 diluted EPS is printed 1.38 in FY2024 and FY2025 notes/primaries, but disclosed profit 4,517 thousand and diluted denominator 328,566,457 yield 1.37 cents rounded. The original 1.38 is retained with this source arithmetic difference; no alternate denominator is inferred.
FY2021 original cash flow has receivable movement (547), operating cash (2,014) and investing cash (1,776). Later comparative moves 462 to shareholder loans: receivables (85), operating (1,552), investing (2,238). Financing originally reports combined borrowing cash (581), later split into proceeds 2,000, repayments (1,700), interest (881), total unchanged. Original cash flow is retained.
FY2022 later comparative separately presents defined benefit cost 46 and contributions (61), and changes payables movement (95) to (80). Operating cash before working capital (1,514) becomes (1,468), while final operating cash remains 403. Original cash flow retained. FY2023 later cash comparative excludes pledged deposit 615 at close and 600 at opening: financing 2,185 becomes 2,170, net movement 5,202 becomes 5,187, and closing cash 13,397 becomes 12,782. Original cash flow and original financing reconciliation without the pledged-deposit row are retained.
FY2024 depreciation in profit or loss is 611, while the cash-flow adjustment is 610. Note9 PPE depreciation 546 plus Note10 right-of-use depreciation 64 totals 610. Both printed primary amounts are retained, with the one-thousand source difference qualified; no rounding explanation is inferred.
FY2025 cash and bank balances 10,634 equals cash-flow cash; FY2024 cash and bank balances 14,194 less pledged 638 equals cash-flow cash 13,556. Financing reconciliation presents pledged deposits as a negative asset. The printed FY2025 cash caption Net increase in cash and cash equivalents accompanies a negative (2,843); original caption and sign retained.
EPS uses exact source-reported share counts: basic FY2025 236,833,573, FY2024 239,582,103, FY2023 220,494,069, FY2022/FY2021 219,074,844; diluted FY2025 325,817,927 and FY2024 328,566,457. Original FY2021 EPS note places a monetary thousands heading above Number of shares but the amounts are full shares; neither year-end nor subsequent warrant-expanded capital replaces the EPS denominator.
Unlabelled printed numeric subtotals are explicitly identified as unlabelled in source, without inventing an original caption. Equity transaction subtotals repeat component movements and must not be added twice. FY2023 introduces a warrant reserve column; prior six-column equity is mapped separately.
The FY2026 full-year results and annual-report extension announcements are supplemental, not a FY2026 audited annual report. The selected latest verified annual remains FY2025; five audited annual years are available. The 22 September 2026 SGX conditional waiver and 6 October 2026 ACRA rejection are distinct decisions, and an appeal is announced, not already approved.

Five full financial years ended 31 July 2021–2025. Monetary figures are Singapore dollars thousands and EPS Singapore cents. Group income/comprehensive income, equity, cash flows and financing reconciliations and Group/Company financial position are retained. Separate Company income, equity and cash-flow primary statements are not disclosed.
FY2022 Note26 explicitly discloses the FY2021 income and cash-flow reclassification table, retained separately. FY2021 income was reclassified in the FY2022 comparative: hotel operating expenses (303) to (653), other operating expenses (1,482) to (1,132), a 350 transfer with unchanged loss. The original income statement is retained. FY2023 originally reports basic and diluted loss per share (0.53), with warrants anti-dilutive; FY2024 comparative instead prints diluted (0.38) using 309,478,423 shares. Both original disclosed EPS treatments are retained; no original value is silently corrected. FY2024 diluted EPS is printed 1.38 in FY2024 and FY2025 notes/primaries, but disclosed profit 4,517 thousand and diluted denominator 328,566,457 yield 1.37 cents rounded. The original 1.38 is retained with this source arithmetic difference; no alternate denominator is inferred.
FY2021 original cash flow has receivable movement (547), operating cash (2,014) and investing cash (1,776). Later comparative moves 462 to shareholder loans: receivables (85), operating (1,552), investing (2,238). Financing originally reports combined borrowing cash (581), later split into proceeds 2,000, repayments (1,700), interest (881), total unchanged. Original cash flow is retained.
FY2022 later comparative separately presents defined benefit cost 46 and contributions (61), and changes payables movement (95) to (80). Operating cash before working capital (1,514) becomes (1,468), while final operating cash remains 403. Original cash flow retained. FY2023 later cash comparative excludes pledged deposit 615 at close and 600 at opening: financing 2,185 becomes 2,170, net movement 5,202 becomes 5,187, and closing cash 13,397 becomes 12,782.
