ItemValuePeriod / scopeSource
Recoverability of amounts due from an associate (Notes 11 and 29(B) to the financial statements) The recoverability of the amounts due from an associate is determined to be a key audit matter because of the inherent subjectivity and significant judgement applied in assessing the allowance for ECL, including the valuation method and assumptions used in determining the availability and realisable value of the assets of the associate to repay its debts. Group, 30 April 2026 PDF p. 44
Impairment assessment on investments in associates (Note 8 to the financial statements) The impairment assessment of investments in associates is considered to be a key audit matter because of the significant inherent risk of impairment and the significant judgement and estimation uncertainty involved in determining the recoverable amount, including the valuation method and assumptions used. Group, 30 April 2026 PDF p. 45
Valuation of investment properties (Notes 6 and 32 to the financial statements) The valuation of investment properties is considered a key audit matter as it involves significant judgement in determining the appropriate valuation methodology and underlying assumptions. Group, 30 April 2026 PDF p. 46
Recoverability of trade and other receivables (Notes 11 and 31 to the financial statements) The recoverability of trade and other receivables is determined to be a key audit matter because of the inherent subjectivity and significant judgement applied in assessing the allowance for ECL. Impairment assessment of property, plant and equipment and right-of-use assets (Notes 4 and 5 to the financial statements) The impairment assessment of property, plant and equipment and right-of-use assets is considered a key audit matter due to their significant inherent risk of impairment and the high degree of estimation uncertainty in estimating their recoverable amounts. How to read these figures

Group and parent company or bank figures are labelled separately. Parentheses indicate negative amounts; a dash and NA retain the report’s notation.

Comparative figures follow ANNUAL REPORT 2026, including retrospective adjustments. Adjusted and reported earnings may have different definitions; refer to each statement’s notes.

Group consolidated comprehensive income, equity changes and cash flows, plus Group/Company financial position. Separate Company income, equity and cash flow statements are not disclosed in the primary statement set. Monetary presentation Singapore dollars thousands; earnings per share Singapore cents.

Current cash/bank balances58.313million minus8.783million pledged deposits equals Group cash-flow cash49.530million. Five-year highlights call balance-sheet cash Cash and Cash equivalents; this source caption is preserved and distinguished from cash-flow cash.

Bank debt64.242million and lease liabilities55.436million sum to summary total debt119.678million. Financing liabilities reconciliation also includes deferred consideration, accrued interest, non-trade amounts, related-party/NCI loans and liabilities associated with held-for-sale assets; its total is not the same debt measure.

EPS uses weighted average677713thousand shares, not period-end674888817 shares. Issued shares697952thousand and weighted own shares20239thousand differ from full treasury holdings23063060 at year-end. Current reserves separate treasury shares, capital, FX, other reserves and retained earnings.

Debt comparisons retain the source’s differing bases: FY2022 includes2.319million held-for-sale bank debt and2.754million related leases (total5.073million) in total debt209.264million. FY2026/FY2025 capital-management table excludes held-for-sale debt from the main bank/lease borrowing balances; current-sourceFY2025 main debt138.819million excludes0.526million bank/2.683million lease liabilities separately classified with held-for-sale assets. No uniform debt basis is imposed on these source periods.

FY2026 equity statement dividend2.714million differs from cash flow paid2.610million (difference0.104million); FY2025 equity1.364million versus cash1.312million. Note18(k) discloses accrued dividends rounded0.7million/0.6million, consistent in precision with timing differences, but not a unique exact bridge. Original declared/equity and cash figures are separately retained.

Current five-year Group summary spansFY2022–FY2026. Summary Net Profit uses owners’ profit while consolidated net profit includes NCI; ROA/ROE use end-of-year assets/equity. Source summary cash equals balance-sheet cash/bank balances rather than net cash-flow cash after pledged deposits.

FY2026 source proposes final0.40c cash dividend subject to AGM approval. Equity records2.714million dividend declared in respect ofFY2025 final0.4c; cashflow separately reports2.610million paid duringFY2026. ProposedFY2026 dividend is not assumed to be paid.
