Dividend policy

ItemValuePeriod / scopeSource
Dividend Policy The Company does not have a specific policy on the amount of dividends to be paid, due to the nature of the business and the way that income is realised. Nevertheless, the Board has adopted a policy of issuing dividends when there is the availability of both sufficient profits and cash flow, after taking into account the Group’s short and long term capital requirements, future investment plans, general global and business economic conditions. The Board endeavours to maintain a balance between meeting shareholders’ expectations and prudent capital management, with a sustainable dividend policy. Group policy PDF p. 47

Key audit matters

ItemValuePeriod / scopeSource
Valuation of leasehold land, buildings and golf club This is a key audit matter because the valuation process involves significant judgement in determining the valuation method to be used, assumptions made and key unobservable inputs used in the valuation techniques. Group, FY2025 PDF p. 55
Net realisable values of development properties This is a key audit matter because the determination of the net realisable values of these development properties are dependent on the management’s expectation of future selling prices, cost to complete and costs to be incurred in the sales of these properties. Group, FY2025 PDF p. 56

How to read these figures

Group and parent company or bank figures are labelled separately. Parentheses indicate negative amounts; a dash and NA retain the report’s notation.

Comparative figures follow ANNUAL REPORT 2025, including retrospective adjustments. Adjusted and reported earnings may have different definitions; refer to each statement’s notes.

These tables show the available extracted figures. The original annual report contains the full statements, notes and definitions.
