How to read these figures

Group and parent company or bank figures are labelled separately. Parentheses indicate negative amounts; a dash and NA retain the report’s notation.

Comparative figures follow ANNUAL REPORT 2025, including retrospective adjustments. Adjusted and reported earnings may have different definitions; refer to each statement’s notes.

Primary statements cover years ended 31 December 2021–2025 from four official annual originals. Amounts are Singapore dollars thousands; financial-highlight turnover/pretax results millions; EPS and NAV Singapore cents per share; share-count inputs thousands of shares; proposed dividend rates Singapore dollars per share. Units remain separate.

Baker Tilly TFW LLP issued an unmodified opinion signed 31 March 2026 by engagement partner Low See Lien. Complete Group income, comprehensive-income, financial-position, cash-flow and equity schedules are supplied, together with Company financial-position and equity schedules. No separate Company income, comprehensive-income or cash-flow statement is printed.

The original five-year highlights are five charts. Each scalar is bound by its own native horizontal position to the printed FY category. Native text stream order does not represent the chart’s fiscal-year order. Original quoted text, scalar glyphs and raster evidence remain archived.

NAV numerically reconciles to owner equity divided by issued shares less treasury shares; EPS uses owner profit divided by weighted ordinary shares. In each source the issued count 140,767, treasury count 100 and weighted count 140,667 are thousands of shares, not whole shares. No separate formal NAV definition is printed.

Current ratio numerically reconciles to current assets including held-for-sale assets divided by current liabilities including disposal-group liabilities. FY2023 includes disposal-group cash 1,084 thousand in cash-flow cash; pledged deposits are excluded. Gross balance-sheet cash and cash-flow cash are distinct.

The capital-management gearing definition changes. The original FY2022 report prints FY2022/FY2021 ratios 0.31/0.23 using amounts due to banks plus term loans divided by owner equity excluding other reserves. The printed positive 1,133 adjustment corresponds to negative other reserves in the balance sheet, producing denominators 85,549/81,156.

The FY2023 annual comparative FY2022 ratio 0.57 uses total liabilities excluding contract liabilities, provision for taxation and deferred tax divided by owner equity, rather than the earlier FY2022 original 0.31 basis. FY2025 additionally excludes 13,498 thousand PTG disposal advance consideration. Preserve each original definition instead of treating the values as a uniform historical series.

FY2025 cash dividend paid 703 thousand relates to FY2024. Proposed FY2025 final and special dividends are each S$0.005 per share, together approximately S$1,407,000; FY2024 proposed final dividend approximately S$703,000. Proposed amounts are not year-end liabilities or cash paid during FY2025. The report does not supply a five-year dividend-rate series; no missing historical dividend rates are invented.

PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators remains a 30% associate classified as held for sale at 31 December 2025. The proposed disposal requires shareholder approval in 2026. Assets of the disposal group total 21,913 thousand including associate value 4,864 and amounts due 17,049; Company values are separate. Cash advance consideration 13,611 thousand is distinct from the year-end liability balance 13,498 and from completed disposal proceeds.

PT Mega Federal Energy was disposed during FY2025 for US$1; its current ownership dash and comparative 60% are preserved. The FEE subgroup and FIS disposal completed 29 January 2024. Other historical strike-offs, liquidation and amalgamation are explicitly historical and do not increase current subsidiary counts.

Segment investment in associates 7,088 thousand includes PTG held-for-sale value 4,864 in addition to ordinary investment in associates 2,224. Unallocated segment assets/liabilities are deferred tax assets, deferred tax liabilities and provision for tax. Geographic noncurrent assets comprise PPE, right-of-use assets, associates and intangible assets; other noncurrent categories are excluded.

Two segment investment amount footnote markers are retained separately from numeric values 2,482 and 7,088. Consolidated-only segment rows project only the two Group columns; the blank component cells are not represented as zeroes. No displayed cell is an invented blank or zero.

Note 36 describes a customer claim, a 26 January 2026 appeal and uncertainty over causation/damages. No provision was recognised because the likelihood or amount of outflow could not be determined; no invented liability amount is supplied.

No five-year EBITDA or return-on-equity series is printed in the financial highlights. Those missing metrics are not fabricated. The supplied five-year primary statements and original reported ratios retain their own bases.

These tables show the available extracted figures. The original annual report contains the full statements, notes and definitions.
