The table illustrates the numerators and denominators used to calculate the basic and diluted amount per share of no par value.
The weighted average number of ordinary shares refers to shares in issue outstanding during the reporting year. The ordinary share equivalents included in these calculations are: (1) the average number of ordinary shares assumed to be outstanding during the reporting year and (2) shares of ordinary share issuable upon assumed exercise of share options which (if any) would have a dilutive effect. The basic amount per share ratio is based on the weighted average number of ordinary shares outstanding during each reporting year. It is after the neutralisation by the treasury shares.
