Four official annual originals supply FY2021–FY2025. Company balance sheets and equity changes are printed; no separate Company income or cash-flow statement is printed.

The current source net loss is 3,271 thousand, OCI loss 450 and total comprehensive loss 3,721. The original total caption says profit/loss representing total comprehensive result; the net-profit and comprehensive-result scopes remain distinct.

How to read these figures

Group and parent company or bank figures are labelled separately. Parentheses indicate negative amounts; a dash and NA retain the report’s notation.

Comparative figures follow ANNUAL REPORT 2025, including retrospective adjustments. Adjusted and reported earnings may have different definitions; refer to each statement’s notes.

Primary periods end on 31 December. Four official annual originals provide FY2021–FY2025 primary statements and all five reported highlight years. Monetary statement amounts are Singapore dollars thousands; headline sales, profit and cash millions; EPS Singapore cents per share; headline NAV Singapore dollars per share; share-count inputs thousands of shares.

Ernst & Young LLP issued an unmodified current opinion signed 9 March 2026 by engagement partner Ng Boon Heng. The Group income/CI statement is presented in separate tables with the original net-result row retained as the bridge. Company balance sheets and equity changes are supplied; separate Company income, comprehensive-income and cash-flow statements are not printed.

The original FY2025 income/CI statement prints pretax profit 2,245 thousand, income-tax expense 5,516, net loss 3,271, OCI loss 450 and total comprehensive loss 3,721. The final source caption says profit/loss representing total comprehensive result. That 3,721 is not the 3,271 net loss.

FY2025 Group equity movements include a 1,269 thousand internal FVOCI disposal transfer from fair-value reserve to retained earnings. The printed comprehensive-movement component subtotal includes that transfer; it does not increase Group total comprehensive income or total equity. Original OCI is a 450 thousand loss.

FY2024 unclaimed dividends 210 thousand increase both retained earnings and financing cash flows in the original Group/Company schedules. They are preserved as unclaimed dividends rather than a new dividend payout. Corporate-governance physical page 24 explicitly says no dividend was proposed for FY2025 to preserve cash; no unprinted historical dividend-rate series is fabricated.

The annual EPS weighted share base and issued share-capital count are 85,292 thousand shares in each supplied year. The later share-register disclosure at 16 March 2026 gives 85,291,885 whole shares. Preserve the source precision and dates;85,292 is not a whole-share count. Five-year NAV numerically reconciles to Group equity divided by the rounded year-end share count. EPS uses net profit/loss and the rounded weighted count.

FY2025 tax includes foreign capital-gains tax 5,508 thousand. The segment schedule allocates that tax to Investment Japan. It is an income-tax expense, distinct from cash income taxes paid 11 thousand in the cash-flow statement.

The non-voting convertible preference shares in Nest Hotel Japan Corporation were disposed during FY2025. The FVPL carrying-value movement is 11,766+9,827−21,593=0 thousand. The narrative and cash flow give JPY 2.6 billion consideration, approximately 21,622 thousand Singapore dollars. The source does not print a separate numerical bridge for the 29 thousand difference between derecognition and approximate translated cash consideration; both original amounts are retained.

The NHJC 37.3% figure is a historical as-converted ordinary-share interest following recapitalisation. Those CPS did not have voting rights, and the conversion right was set for 1 January 2028 before the investment was disposed in FY2025. It is not a current 37.3% ordinary holding or a current subsidiary.

Assets held for sale 37,077 thousand in FY2024 were reclassified to property, plant and equipment during FY2025 because the expected sale was no longer anticipated within the next financial year. Additional depreciation 1,617 thousand was recognised; the disappearance of the held-for-sale balance does not establish a sale.

FY2025 segment other gains 7,511 thousand differ from income-statement other gains 5,894 by additional depreciation 1,617, which the segment schedule includes in depreciation 3,219. Preserve the classification bridge without double-counting the additional depreciation. All segment results reconcile to pretax profit 2,245 and net loss 3,271.

Segment liabilities 7,605 thousand exclude current income-tax liabilities 5,445; together they equal balance-sheet liabilities 13,050. Geographic external revenue is based on customer location; geographic noncurrent assets exclude FVPL/FVOCI investments. Those location and asset bases remain distinct.

Capital management describes monitoring shareholders’ equity. No numeric gearing, EBITDA or return-on-equity series is printed. Reported EPS/NAV and all five primary periods are supplied; missing ratios are explicitly unavailable rather than computed into undisclosed metrics.

These tables show the available extracted figures. The original annual report contains the full statements, notes and definitions.
