Five years ended 31 December 2021–2025. Monetary amounts are whole Singapore dollars; EPS is Singapore cents per share. Group income/OCI, balance sheets, cash flows, equity and financing reconciliations are retained. The report discloses a separate Company balance sheet, but no separate Company income, OCI, equity or cash-flow primary statements.

FY2025 and FY2024 audit opinions are unmodified. FY2023 has a qualified opinion on corresponding figures; FY2022 has a qualified opinion on opening balances and corresponding figures; FY2021 has a disclaimer of opinion. The historical amounts retain those limitations.

FY2021 cash flows were reclassified in the FY2022 comparative: the S$305,000 property deposit moved from operating receivables to investing PPE. Operating cash became S$4,185,103 (original S$3,880,103); investing cash became S$(352,558) (original S$(47,558)). Net cash and closing cash are unchanged. The original FY2021 cash-flow statement is retained.

FY2024 cash flows were reclassified in the FY2025 comparative by S$25,711: operating cash became S$5,000,726 (original S$4,975,015); interest received became S$63,070 (original S$88,781); investing cash became S$(424,036) (original S$(398,325)). Net cash and closing cash are unchanged. The original FY2024 cash-flow statement is retained.

FY2023 original financing reconciliation separates pledged bank deposits S$614,521 and long-maturity deposits S$457,078; the next annual combines them as bank deposits pledged S$1,071,599. FY2022 original reconciliation labels S$65,356 as lease modification, while the later comparative calls it termination. Both original financing presentations are retained. The FY2021 original equity statement has seven components including nil NCI and repeated owners total; its later comparative has five components.

FY2022 financing reconciliation prints interest paid S$237,695, versus S$237,926 in the primary cash-flow statement, a S$231 source difference. Original figures are retained.

FY2025 paid dividends S$775,000 comprise prior-year final S$387,500 and current interim S$387,500. Proposed FY2025 final S$387,500 was not a report-date liability. Note 32 physical page 143 mistakenly says the AGM was to be held on 30 April 2025; official notice and actual minutes establish 30 April 2026 and the final dividend approval.
