Group and parent company or bank figures are labelled separately. Parentheses indicate negative amounts; a dash and NA retain the report’s notation.
Comparative figures follow Duty Free International Limited Annual Report 2026, including retrospective adjustments. Adjusted and reported earnings may have different definitions; refer to each statement’s notes.
Financial statements are in Malaysian Ringgit thousands; historical chart amounts are in RM millions, EPS and NTA per share are in RM sen, and dividend per share is in SGD as explicitly labelled.
Group statements include subsidiaries; Company figures refer to Duty Free International Limited.
UIH and its subsidiaries were acquired on 31 October 2025 under common control. Note2.1 states consolidation starts from that acquisition date; the new automotive segment is not presented as a full-year historical segment. The merger reserve records the difference between consideration and carrying value (PDF p.159).
UIH contributed RM72.502m revenue and RM7.465m profit after acquisition. Note 15 also gives hypothetical full-year Group revenue of RM363.945m and profit of RM33.565m. Acquisition net assets are RM90.825m before NCI and RM80.094m after NCI; the merger reserve uses the former amount less RM175m nominal consideration (PDF pp. 193–194).
Other reserves and equity attributable to owners are subtotals within the equity statements.
Historical figures retain the charts’ rounded precision. The NTA chart labels both its third bar (31.4 sen) and fifth bar as FY2023; the intended year of the third bar is unclear (PDF p. 8).
RM10.823m of pledged deposits is excluded from Group cash equivalents: RM107.370m cash/bank balances reconcile to RM96.547m cash equivalents. Currency-denominated cash rows remain amounts reported in RM thousands, not amounts in the named foreign currencies (PDF p. 200).
Note 37 distinguishes RM amounts declared and paid/payable from S$ per-share literals. The note also uses the wording cents per share; the numerical S$ amounts are retained as SGD per share, consistent with the historical SGD chart. Nil remains Nil.
These tables show the available extracted figures. The original annual report contains the full statements, notes and definitions.
