These are illustrative financial effects under the share buyback mandate, based on audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. Scenario 1 assumes purchases made out of capital and held as treasury shares. Notes and definitions: (1) NTA refers to total net assets less intangible assets. (2) Total borrowings refer to the total of short term and long term borrowings. (3) NTA per Share is calculated based on NTA divided by number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares and subsidiary holdings) as at 31 March 2026. (4) For illustrative purpose, EPS is calculated based on profit/(loss) for the financial year attributable to owners of the Company divided by number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares and subsidiary holdings) as at 31 March 2026. (5) Current ratio equals current assets divided by current liabilities. (6) Gearing ratio equals total borrowings divided by Equity attributable to the owners of the Company.
