Provision 11.6 The Company does not currently have a fixed dividend policy and no dividends will be declared for FY2025 as the Company does not have profits available for the financial year. The form, frequency and amount of dividends will depend on the Group’s financial results, capital requirements, cash flow, development plans and other factors as the directors may deem appropriate. If there is intention to declare dividends, this will be clearly communicated to the shareholders via announcements through SGXNet. Nonetheless, the Board will consider and review the feasibility of adopting and implementing a dividend policy going forward. Company, FY2025 PDF p. 43

How to read these figures

Group and parent company or bank figures are labelled separately. Parentheses indicate negative amounts; a dash and NA retain the report’s notation.

Comparative figures follow ANNUAL REPORT 2025, including retrospective adjustments. Adjusted and reported earnings may have different definitions; refer to each statement’s notes.

The five audited annual reports cover years ended 31 December 2021 to 2025. The interim results cover the six months ended 30 June 2026 and have not been audited or reviewed. Each source keeps its own reporting date, units and Company or Group scope.

Statements about Myanmar legal and regulatory matters are dated disclosures attributed to the issuer, its commissioned legal advisers and its auditor. They do not establish present legal compliance.

Annual primary monetary amounts are full USD. Annual financial highlights and interim monetary amounts are USD thousands. EPS and NAV are US cents per share; share denominators are counts in shares; Company share price and market capitalisation highlights are full SGD. Units are not silently converted.

Annual financial position columns put Company before Group. Interim financial position puts Group before Company. Equity component counts and order vary by year. The interim source prints separate Company equity; the annual primary sequences print consolidated Group equity.

Four positions in the FY2025 share options lapsed row are blank in the original. Its six printed components are displayed separately. The blank positions are retained in source evidence and are not filled with zero or dashes.

FY2021 original figures and FY2022 comparatives differ by USD1 in Group right-of-use assets and the non-current asset subtotal, other current assets and the current asset subtotal, right-of-use depreciation, and unrealised exchange gains. Both original presentations are retained; the source does not explain these shifts.

The FY2021 source prints FY2020 diluted EPS (0.186) with an asterisk explaining that potential shares were anti-dilutive and no change was made to loss per share. The printed diluted denominator would give a different ordinary calculation. The source EPS, both share denominators and the anti-dilution explanation are retained.

The FY2025 five-year highlights retain their original rounded values and signs. Their FY2024 share price comparatives differ from the separate FY2024 original source. The last-traded and suspension footnote is a historical disclosure and is not an assertion of present trading status.

FY2024 proposes a first and final dividend of SGD0.0015 per ordinary share, subject to AGM approval. The FY2021, FY2022, FY2023 and FY2025 sources state that no dividend was declared, recommended or paid for the specified financial year. No unprinted numerical DPS zero is inferred. The USD745,550 cash payment in FY2025 is not relabelled a FY2025 dividend declaration.

Interim Note 9 prints the first Company date as 30-Jun-25, while the primary Company balance sheet prints 30-Jun-26. The Note 9 printed date is explicitly retained rather than silently corrected. Interim comparative presentation and rounding remain separate from the annual originals.

The interim source states that no current-period dividend was recommended, that a dividend was declared for the prior corresponding period, and that dates were not applicable. Payment dates and DPS are not invented. Renewable energy operations had not commenced in the first half of 2026; later July project agreements are separate disclosures.

The October 2026 bond restructuring is a later event and does not replace the audited year ended 31 December 2025 or the interim six months ended 30 June 2026. Illustrative pro forma figures are not presented as actual historical results.

These tables show the available extracted figures. The original annual report contains the full statements, notes and definitions.
