How to read these figures

Group and parent company or bank figures are labelled separately. Parentheses indicate negative amounts; a dash and NA retain the report’s notation.

Comparative figures follow ANNUAL REPORT 2026, including retrospective adjustments. Adjusted and reported earnings may have different definitions; refer to each statement’s notes.

Five official annual reports cover FY2022–FY2026, each ended 30 June. Report identity, original audit opinion, currency, dated column scopes and original numeric cells were independently checked.

Original chronology differs: the selected SGX annual announcement broadcasts 5 October 2026, while the annual prints an audit signature and financial authorisation dated 6 October 2026. The original dates are retained; no explanation or date correction is asserted.

The display includes complete reviewed primary financial statements, financing-liability reconciliations, selected highlights and EPS denominator notes: 52 tables, 526 rows and 1,638 original displayed cells. Financial position distinguishes Group and Company; separate Company equity is printed in FY2026. Company primary income and cash flow statements are not printed in these sequences.

Primary monetary amounts use USD thousands. Selected headline boxes use USD millions, EPS and NAV use US cents per share, weighted average shares use thousands of ordinary shares, production uses barrels, and current ratio is a ratio. These units are not silently converted or merged.

FY2026 Note29 reclassifies FY2025 cost of sales and impairment by USD612,000 and exploration/evaluation/development assets into oil and gas properties. The restated Group opening balance is explicitly 1 July 2024. Separate FY2025 original figures and restated FY2026 comparatives are both retained; the original says total assets, equity and profit are unchanged.

Original EPS differs across sources: FY2023 prints (0.01), while the FY2024 comparative prints (0.019). Using printed profit and weighted shares, ordinary rounding does not reproduce the FY2023 rate or the FY2024 rate (0.006), also repeated in FY2025. These source rates are retained, not corrected or claimed arithmetically reconciled.

FY2025 original weighted average shares are 9,203,399 thousand; FY2026 comparative is 9,140,988 thousand. Both are retained without an invented restatement explanation. They are distinct from year-end shares and later placement shares.

Original financing-liability reconciliations retain presentation differences: FY2022 bank financing (1,003) versus FY2023 comparative (1,021) plus separate interest 18; FY2023 non-related payable reconciliation nil/503 opening/closing versus FY2024 comparative 229 / 744. No equality or unsupported explanation is imposed.

FY2021 cash balance922 less pledged deposits158 gives cash-flow cash764 in FY2022 Note12. Balance-sheet cash and cash-flow cash are different scopes.

The official 6 October 2026 audit-variance announcement explains audited versus unaudited FY2026 differences. Audited annual values are used; unaudited figures are not substituted into the annual.

Marked dashes -* mean less than USD1,000 where that footnote is printed, not exact zero. The distinct FY2021 EPS asterisk refers to subsequent placement and no EPS adjustment; its meaning is retained separately.

Each FY2022–FY2026 annual says the Board does not recommend dividend payment to conserve working capital. No numeric dividend-per-share zero is invented from that narrative.

Later disclosed business acquisition completed on 7 August 2026; placement completed on 12 October 2026. Annual financial statements remain dated 30 June 2026. The proposed name change to Happiness World Holdings and proposed directors share settlement are not presented as completed.

These tables show the available extracted figures. The original annual report contains the full statements, notes and definitions.
