The Company was incorporated on 14 July 2005 under the name of “Cougar Corporation Private Limited” and on 12 September 2005, the Company changed its name to “Cougar Logistics Corporation Ltd.” upon the completion of the restructuring exercise in Singapore Shipping Corporation Limited. The name of the Company was subsequently changed to the present name, MYP Ltd., on 11 December 2012 to reflect the new corporate profile of the Company. MYP Ltd. and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) engage in the provision of warehousing, logistics, agency and terminal operations services. At the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 11 December 2012, the Group was given the authority by the shareholders to diversify its business scope to also include property investments. |
