The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 5 October 2012. The Company, together with its subsidiaries, (collectively, the “Group”), is principally engaged in building construction works as well as supply and installation of furniture/interior fitting-out works in Singapore in which it acts mainly as a main contractor for primarily the Singapore government and Singapore government-related bodies.
