The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 6 May 2004. It was converted into a public company on 24 September 2009 and its shares were listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) Catalist Board on 8 October 2009. On 25 June 2013, the Company was transferred to the SGX Mainboard. The principal activity of the Company is that of an investment holding company. The core business of the Group (“Goodland”) comprises property development, property construction, property investment, property management and property-related activities. Goodland is a home-grown property developer since 1993. Its projects include residential, commercial and industrial properties. As a secondary activity, it also undertakes construction works for some of its developments. Goodland also undertakes property development projects in the Southeast Asia region. To date, Goodland’s portfolio of developments include Le Royce @ Leith Park, The Silver SpurZ, Suites @ Topaz, Shoreline Residences I, Shoreline Residences II, Royce Residences, OneRobey, The Bently Residences @ Kovan, The Citron and The Citron Residences. |
