Imperium Crown is a property investment and development company with a portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed residential/commercial development properties in Japan. Formerly known as Communication Design International Limited, it was listed on SGX Sesdaq (now Catalist Board) in January 2006. In June 2015, Imperium divested its original outsourced and marketing business to focus on its new core business of property investment and property development. To date (July 2015), the Group has successfully acquired a total of five residential and commercial properties, mainly in urban, high-density areas in Tokyo, Japan. These acquisitions are part of its asset management strategy to generate a stable stream of recurrent income and embark on property development to enhance its assets in its next phase of growth.
