The Group specialises in the sale and distribution of a wide range of premier carpets marketed under its proprietary “SMJ” brand through its global distribution networks. In addition, the Group is appointed by Shaw Industries as the authorised supplier for its “Shaw Contract Group” range of carpets in Singapore. The Group derives its revenue from Distribution Sales or Contract Sales. Distribution Sales relate mainly to sales to carpet dealers and carpet installers on wholesale basis. Contract Sales relate mainly to sales to property developers, contractors, established business owners or interior design consultants, which involve supply and installation of carpets for offices, convention halls, hotels, cinemas, hospitals and institutions. |
