Singapore REIT dividends

Maintained by Dividends.sg · Guide reviewed 17 September 2026

Singapore REIT distributions are commonly discussed as DPU, or distribution per unit. The ranking page helps you inspect recorded events and current-price measures with the same data rules used elsewhere on the site.

Read the distribution components

A source may record several amounts for the same ex-date. Open the company’s event details to inspect every currency, amount and source. A matching date alone does not establish that the records should be added together.

Illustrative DPU components — not a forecast

SGD 0.018 ordinary distribution + SGD 0.004 special distribution = two recorded components. Inspect each source before comparing or adding them.

  • Confirm whether the issuer calls the event a distribution, dividend, or another corporate action.
  • Read the ex, record and payment dates from the issuer or SGX Corporate Actions.
  • Check the currency and whether the recorded amount is complete before comparing yields.
  • Separate recurring distributions from special or one-off items.

The Singapore REIT dividend ranking is a discovery tool. It is not a recommendation and should not be read as a promise of future DPU.

Limits of this page

REIT structures, tax treatments and reporting labels vary. Dividends.sg does not reconstruct a distribution from a PDF or fill an unknown amount with zero. Use the issuer’s results, distribution announcement and SGX record for the authoritative terms.
