ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. provides marine services primarily in the Asia Pacific, South Asia, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. Its Shipbuilding segment is involved in the construction of offshore support vessels, such as heavy-lift cum pipelay, subsea operation, anchor handling towing supply, platform supply, offshore maintenance/accommodation, and rescue and standby vessels; cutter suction and water injection dredgers; accommodation, pipe laying, and work barges; and commercial vessels, including chemical, bunkering, and product tankers. The companys Shiprepair and Conversion segment offers a range of ship repair and conversion services comprising retro-fittings, life-extensions, and repairs. This segment operates 300,000 dwt graving dry dock accommodating large vessels, including Capesize bulker, FSO, and FPSO; and 60,000 dwt and 20,000 dwt medium-sized dry docks accommodate vessels, such as Panamax, Handymax, and medium range tankers. Its Shipchartering and Rental segment owns a fleet of approximately 150 vessels consisting of barges, towing tugs, anchor handling tugs, anchor handling towing/supply vessels, and other vessels, as well as rents plant and machinery. This segment provides shipchartering services to various industries, such as offshore oil and gas, marine infrastructure, dredging, land reclamation, marine construction works, and cargoes transportation industries. The companys Engineering segment offers dredging engineering products and services, including trailing suction hopper dredgers, cuter teeth systems, dredge pumps, suction heads systems, quick couplings, and dredge automation systems.
